In the process of using the Presentious app, users may import presentation decks, record audio (in the process of capturing a presentation), add/edit recording metadata, etc. None of this information or content is shared in any manner whatsoever by Presentious.
Users can shared, embed or export much of this data, but such activity can only take place by users and those they authorize.
When users sign in to Presentious using a third-party account such as Google, Facebook, or Twitter, Presentious gets information to accelerate on-boarding such as a user's full name and contact information (email address). This data is used in the following ways:
This data (both generated and imported) is stored in various databases and search indexes until users explicitly contact our support team to deactivate their account and wipe their data.
The information collected by Presentious is stored and processed by Presentious' sub-processor, Google Cloud Platform ("GCP"), leveraging GCP data centers located within the continental United States. Presentious features the ability for users with associated Google accounts to be able to publish their recording videos to YouTube. By using one-click YouTube publishing you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

You can revoke any permissions granted to Presentious to publish videos to YouTube on your behalf via the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
Once you publish a recording video to YouTube, Presentious stores the video's corresponding YouTube ID. It allows you to easily navigate to your published YouTube video from Presentious.
The Presentious app employs two essential cookies: A first-party cookie to manage authentication of users and a first-party cookie that tracks a user's cookie preferences.

Presentious uses Drift to allow site visitors to initiate conversations with our staff. The Drift plugin sets a cookie to thread conversations as users navigate our app.

All Presentious users can export their content in a useful, machine-readable format via the app. For one-off exports or batch requests of data, our support staff can help expedite the process. Please reach out to our support team with such requests.
To have processing of your data rectified, to restrict your data or to completely erase it, please contact data-protection@presentio.us. Upon receiving your request and verifying your identity, we will fulfill your request. Similarly, for information regarding the data collected by the app as you use our app, please contact us.
